I am passionate about walking alongside individuals in the therapeutic process and am deeply committed to fostering healing, resilience, and personal growth.
My professional experience includes work in group practices, nonprofit organizations, and inpatient mental health settings, which has allowed me to serve clients across a variety of needs and environments. I especially enjoy working with women, teens, new parents, military personnel, and military spouses.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. I offer both traditional therapy and biblical-based therapy, integrating faith when desired to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to my professional background, I am a mother of four boys and a military spouse, which gives me personal insight into the unique challenges and strengths within military and family life.
I hold a Doctor of Education in Trauma Counseling and Community Care and am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
